IMPORTANT NOTICE to All UCLA Medical Group Beneficiaries!
I hope that you are receiving all the vital information I've been sending to you via email related to all the changes coming up for 2025. Here is another one; but, no worries, because you have me to help you with all of it 😊
This notice is to inform you that Insurance companies that had $0 premium plans with UCLA medical group in 2024will no longer offer $0 premium plans in 2024. Instead, there will be a premium if you wish to remain within UCLA network and within UHC.
Please note that you can Not automatically be transferred to the $ premium UCLA plan. I have helped you with this previously and I will help you again during this Annual Enrollment (10/15 – 12/7).
Please call me to make an appointment to make this plan transfer if you would like to remain within UCLA Medical group.
If you do not do anything, you will be assigned a new doctor with another group. To avoid this situation, please give me a call to set up time with me to go over this transition 😊
